喹唑啉类杂环化合物的化学——Ⅰ.喹唑酮的氯化反应

本文用冰醋酸为溶剂,氯化铁为催化剂,通入氯气,可以使喹唑酮产生氯化反应。主要产品为6-氯喹唑酮,次为8-氯喹唑酮,再其次为6,8-二氯喹唑酮。氯化时溶剂的性质,通入氯氣的量,以及反应温度,对於氯化反应及产物的相对比例均有影响。在大多数实验中,氯化物的产率均在40%以下,只有在温度较高(97-100°)时,氯化物产率才可以达到50%以上,同时也生成6,8-二氯喹唑酮。

Quinazolone-4 was chlorinated with chlorine in glacial acetic acid,with ferric chloride as catalyst.The reaction was carried out at different temperatures (39-100Å),and with different amount of chlorine (molar ratio of chlorine to quinazolone varying from 0.92 to 1.81).The chlorinated products were separated and purified by recrystallization from benzene,ethanol,aqueous ethanol,butanol and acetone,and were found to be 6-chloroquinazolone (m.p.268-269Å),8-chloroquinazolone (m.p.300-302Å)and 6,8 dichloroquinazolone (m.p.347-349Å) respectively.Their identities were established by elementary analysis and mixed melting point tests with known synthetic compounds.
