Abstract：TiO2 samples were prepared by sol-gel method from three precursors of titanium butoxide, isopropoxide and ethoxide, respectively. The phase transformation of the prepared TiO2 samples was studied by thermo Raman spectrum and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). The experimental results showed that the phase transformation temperatures of TiO2 had corresponding relationship with the reactivity of such precursors. Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) of the characteristic peak of anatase phase was correlated with the anatase crystallite size, and by analyzing the relationship between the experimental results and the structural properties of the precursors, the experimental results were explained.
