Abstract：The influence of temperature on the electron property of anodic corrosion film formed on lead in a 4.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution, was investigated by using linear sweep voltammetry, A.C. voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and Mott-Schottky plot methods. The results showed that the film resistance and film porosity increased, but the transfer resistance decreased with increasing the solution temperature. The EIS results implied that the film growth was controlled by a solid-phase mechanism and the Mott-Schottky curve revealed that the film exhibited an n-type semiconductive character, and the donor density decreased with the increment of the solution temperature.
