环己甲酸及其酯之制备法

纯苯甲酸、苯甲酸甲酯及苯甲酸乙酯,氢化后生成相应的环己甲酸及其衍生物;若根据所吸收之氢量计算,可得理论值.曾将此产品分馏,得80-85%之纯产品.用不同的催化剂如铂黑、膠状铂、氧化铂、钯黑、Raney镍等,氢化苯甲酸、苯甲酸甲酯及苯甲酸乙酯,结果只有J.Bishop&Co.出产的氧化铂能使上列诸化合物吸收理论值的氢.氢化苯甲酸甲酯和乙酯时,被氢化物与溶剂之比率很重要的.如加入合适之溶剂量,可得氢化理论值.乙醇溶剂量对氢化苯甲酸乙酯之影响比甲醇对氢化苯甲酸甲酯为大.氢化苯甲酸甲酯和乙酯时,应用催化剂量多少,似对产量无影响,惟对氢化作用速度有关系.

Pureponding benzoic acid,methyl benzoate,and ethyl benzoatewere hydrogenated to the corres-based cyciohexane carboxylic acid and its corresponding derivatives with quantitative conversion.on the amount of hydrogen absorbed.Some of the batches were fractionately distilled;yields from 80——85°were obtained.
