Syntheses and Anticoagulant Action of Transition Metal Complexes with Warfarinanion

The transition metal complexes have been prepared from transition metal nitrate and warfarin- anion sodium and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, thermal analysis, molar conductivity and solubility. Above complexes have a constant composition of NanML3•2H2O (L=warfarinanion, n=0, 1) by different synthesized methods. The transition metal complexes all show anticoagulant action in related experiments.
