Ten compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the roots of R. crenulata. On the basis of chem. methods and anal. of spectra data, their structures were identified as: kaempferol, kaempferol 7-O-a-L-rhamnopyranoside, crenuloside, herbacetin 7-O-a-L-rhamnopyranoside, herbacetin 7-O-(3''-O-b-D-glucopyranosyl)-a-L-rhamnopyranoside, crenulatin, ellagic acid, salidroside, gallic acid and gallic acid Et ester.
