四萜Methyl Sartortuoate 的分离和NMR归属

Isolation and 1H, 13C NMR Assignments for Methyl Sartortuoate

从采自海南岛三亚的扭曲肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophyton tortuosum中分离得到3个新四萜和1个已知四萜methyl sar-tortuoate (1). 利用HMQC, 1H-1HCOSY, HMBC等二维NMR方法首次对methyl sartortuoate (1)的所有1H, 13C NMR信号进行了完全的归属.

Methyl sartortuoate was first obtained from soft coral Sarcophyton sartortuosum and its structure was determined mainly by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. In our continuing study on the bioactive substances of soft coral, three more new tetraterpenoids and a known compound, methyl sartortuoate, were isolated from the same species of soft coral. The structure of methyl sartortuoate has been elucidated by means of 1D and 2D NMR techniques. At the same time, 1H and 13C NMR signals have been assigned definitely. This information was very useful for the structural determination of the tetraterpeneoids with this skeleton.
