联苯类化合物是一类极为重要的有机合成中间体, 在有机合成中往往通过有机金属偶联反应构建此类化合物. 以反应底物分类综述了近年来通过偶联反应合成此类化合物的方法, 详细介绍了以卤代芳烃与芳基金属化合物为底物的反应.

Biphenyls is an important kind of organic synthesis intermediate. It can be synthesized by organometallic coupling reaction which is an impotrant method for constructing biphenyl bond. Methods of the synthesis of biphenyls are reviewed classified by reaction substrates. The cross-coupling of aryl metal compounds with aryl halides is introduced in detail.
