含氟香豆素基哌嗪荧光探针的合成及其性能研究

Synthesis and Fluorescent Probes Properties of a Coumarin-Based Piperazine Containing Fluorine

以7-羟基-4-三氟甲基香豆素和哌嗪为原料, 首次合成了具有双荧光侧臂的新型香豆素类荧光探针化合物, 研究发现其中间隔基较少的化合物对Cu2+具有较高的选择性, 并且对Cu2+的识别不受其它金属离子的干扰. Cu2+在2.0× 10-6~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围内, 探针的荧光强度与其浓度有较好的线性关系.

The novel coumarin fluorescent probes, which have two fluorescent groups, were synthesized through the reaction of coumarin derivatives (7-hydroxy-4-trifluorocoumarin) and piperazine. It was found that the compound which has less space groups, showed high selectivity of Cu2+, and other metal ions did not interfere with its recognition for Cu2+. When the concentration of Cu2+ was in the range of 2.0×10-6~1.0×10-4 mol/L, there was a good linearity between the fluorescence intensity of the probe and the concentration of Cu2+.
