介绍了冠醚类化合物的结构特点及络合性能、冠醚的络合作用和识别分子的新进展. 冠醚类化合物因其稳定的构象和易于修饰的特点, 成为研究最为广泛的主体分子之一, 其中大量的文献报道了能够用于对映选择性识别和检测的手性冠醚. 在分子识别的研究中, 核磁、荧光、紫外和质谱是四种最常见的研究方法, 总结了近年来手性冠醚运用这四种方法在对映选择性识别领域的最新研究进展并对手性冠醚的发展前景作了展望.

The structural features and the complexation properties of crown ether compounds are introduced, as well as their new developments on complexation and molecular recognition. Chiral crown ethers are investigated most widely due to its stable conformation and easy derivatization. Among them lots of works reported the chiral crown ethers can be used in enantioselective recognition and dectection.UV-vis, 1H NMR, MS, fluorescence spectra are the most common methods in the research of molecule recognition. In this paper, the recent progress of chiral crown ethers for enantioselective recognition is summarized according to these methods. The prospects of chiral crown ethers are also discussed.
