水相中铜催化微波辅助合成苯并噻唑类衍生物的研究

Copper-Catalyzed Microwave-Assisted Synthesis of Benzothiazole Derivatives in Water

在水相中建立了一种简单实用,经济环保的2-碘芳胺与芳醛反应生成苯并噻唑衍生物的微波辅助合成体系. 实验发现以廉价的碘化亚铜为催化剂,价廉、易获得的8-羟基喹啉为配体,在水相中100 ℃下,一系列苯并噻唑衍生物被高效的合成出来,均得到较好的产率.

A simple, efficient, inexpensive and powerful microwave-assisted method for the coupling of 2-iodoanilines with aldehydes was developed by using cheap CuI as catalyst, inexpensive and readily available 8-hydroxyquinoline as ligand, water as solvent at 100 ℃. Most target products were obtained in high yields.
