Synthesis of inochromanotriazepine compounds

Abstract：

Condensation of b-keto ester of isochroman with benzothiazol-2-ylhydrazine (I), semicarbazide and its analogs and 1,2-diamino-1H-benzimidazole has been used to synthesized several isochromanotriazepines. E.g., refluxing ester II with I in HOAc gave 68% isochromanotriazepine III.
