The Joint Editorial Office of Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences currently publishes three academic journals of Chemistry: Acta Chimica Sinica (monthly，Editor-in-Chief: Professor Qi-Lin Zhou), Chinese Journal of Chemistry (monthly，Editor-in-Chief: Professor Shengming Ma), Chinese Journal of Organic Chemistry (monthly，Editor-in-Chief:  Professor Kuiling Ding). These SIOC journals have been indexed by SCI, Scopus, CA, Google Scholar and many other famous literature databases and search engines.

The SIOC Joint Editorial Office was established in the 1990s. The first Director is Professor Shengming Ma, the second Director is Professor Kuiling Ding, and the current Director is Professor Shuli You .
