Performance Study for Low-temperature SCR Catalysts Based on Mn-Ce Prepared by Different Methods

Catalysts based on Mn-Ce were prepared by co-precipitation, impregnation, deposition-precipi- tation methods. And the activity of the catalysts for selective catalytic reduction of NO were investigated at the temperature from 60 to 160 ℃. Their properties were charactered with X-Ray diffraction (XRD), specific surface area, temperature programmed desorption (TPD), temperature programmed reduction (TPR) and so on. It was indicated that the catalyst of Mn-Ce/TiO2 prepared by co-precipitation method had the better low temperature catalytic activity. The low temperature catalytic reduction NO activity was related to the surface area, the active ingredient distribution and interaction between Mn and Ti.
