Selective Isolation of Components of Volatile Oil of Zanthoxylum Schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc Using Inclusion Crystallization of Host and Guest

1,1,6,6-Tetraphenylhexa-2,4-diyne-1,6-diol as host could selectively isolate 4-allylanisole from the crude volatile oil of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc simply and rapidly , with a yeild of 3.78% based on the amount of volatile oil used. Inclusion compound structure was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Gas chromatographic method was used to assess the isolation effect and gas chromatographic purity of 4-allylanisole separated is 94.5%. At the same time, the channel framework formed by hosts could recognize p-anisaldehyde and form exceptive structural inclusion compound at a molar ratio of 2∶1 (host/guest), which is a supramolecular isomer of inclusion compound at a molar ratio of 1∶2 (host/guest).
