The weak charge transfer from benzoselenazolinylidene ring to rhodanine ring has been detected in BSeER. It is shown by the facts that lmax of visible region tends to shift to longer wave with the increasing polarity of solvents; there is a EPR signal with the characteristics of delocalization unpaired electrons; the binding energies of electron calculated from XPS deviate from the normal values and the appearance of doublet peak structure of XPS is due to shake-up process of photoelectrons ejections. BSeER belongs to p-type impurity conductor. The elec. conductivity and its activation energy were estimated
