Abstract

Two alkaloids, bullatine E(I) and F(II), were isolated from A. bullatifolium var. homotrichum. II was identified as nargarine, and I was shown to be the 8b,15b-acetonide of nagarine by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, MS, and x-ray diffraction studies and chem. transformation.
