Studies on thermokinetics for faster reactions

According to the principle and the heat balance equation of the conduction calorimeter, the interfacial model of the conduction calorimeter and a theoretical equation for the calorimeter in which the delay of sensing has been considered have been suggested. A method for modifying the distorted thermoanalytical curve into the ideal real thermoanalytical curve from which the kinetic parameters of faster reactions can be obtained directly is proposed. In order to test the validity of the theory and method, the saponifications of ethyl formate, ethyl acetate and methyl acetate in aqueous solution have been studied with this method, respectively. The experimental results show that the theory and method for faster reactions are correct.
