5α-雄甾-3, 17-双酮用节杆菌转化

MICROBIOLOGICAL TRANSFORMATION OF 5α-ANDROSTANE-3, 17-DIONE BY CORYNEBACTERIUM SIMPLEX

Incubation of 5α-androstane-3, 17-dione with Corynebacterium simplex afforded four 9α-hydroxylated produots (2~5),among which 9α-hydroxy-△1-5α-androsten)-3, 17-dione (3) was the major produot. The structures of the four compounds wero assigned by means of spectroscopic evidences and chemical correlations.
