In this paper, the influence of the basicity of auxiliary bases on the reaction of dialkyl-phosphites (Ⅰ) and carbon tetrachloride with aniline has been discussed.The mixed esters of trialkylorthophosphoric acid (Ⅲ) are prepared in good yield by the reaction of sodium alcoholate with dialkylphosphites and carbon tetrachloride.
