Advances in the Study of Structural Modification and Biological Activities of Oleanolic Acid

Oleanolic acid is a kind of pentacyclic triterpenoid widely found in natural plants and has various biological activities. In this paper, the research advances of the structural modification of oleanolic acid, as well as anti-diabetes, anti-inflammation, anti-cancer activities in recent fifteen years are reviewed, and many derivatives with excellent biological activity are obtained.
