The strnotnral determination of two more new tetraoyolfo triterpene aglyoones, piofeltarragenins Ⅴ(5) and Ⅵ(8), iaolated from antitnmour fraction of Pieria fel-tarrae Lour extract was reported. On the basis of their apeotrosoopio data(UV, IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR and Ms) and chemical reaotions,the structure of piofeltarraegenin Ⅴ and Ⅵ were assigned as 5 and 8 respectively. The structure of 6 was correlated with that of piofeltarraegenin Ⅰ(1) through the chromic acid oxidation of the diaoetate 7 of compound 1 which yieldedaprodact shown to be identical with the diaoetate 6 of compound 5.
