The crystal and molecular structure of benzoylpentafluoropropionymethylene triphenylarsorane

Abstract

Benzoylpentafluoropropionylmethylene triphenylarsorane contains two strongly electron-withdrawing groups in methylene moiety. Single crystals obtained from CH3OH-H2O solution are triclinic, the space group is P1. The X-ray diffraction intensity data were collected by a four-circule diffractometer. The structure has been solved by the heavy-atom method and refined by the block-diagonal least-squares method.
