Cu(PPh3)2BH4作还原剂制备PtCu/C催化剂催化烯烃硅氢 加成反应研究

Activated Carbon-Supported Bimetallic Catalyst Pt-Cu/C Using Cu(PPh3)2BH4 as Reductant: Preparation and Efficient Catalytic Performance in Hydrosilylation of Alkenes

Activated carbon-supported platinum and copper bimetallic catalyst with Pt/Cu atomic ratios in the range of 0.5~2.0 was prepared by the impregnation of platinum salt followed by reduction using Cu(PPh3)2BH4 as the reductant. It was found that the catalytic performance of Pt/C catalyst was promoted in the presence of Cu. The catalyst, PtCu/C with a atomic ratio Pt/Cu of 1∶1, showed high catalytic selectivity as comparison with Speier’s, Karstedt’s or Pt/C catalyst in the hydrosilylation of styrene with triethoxysilane. In addition, it exhibited high activity and selectivity for catalysis hydrosilylation of various alkenes with triethoxysilane, and there was no apparent catalytic activity decreasing observed after 4 recycles.
