The thermograms of Aerobacter aerogenes inhibited by Schiff base drugs at different temperature have been determined by the LKB-2277 Bioactivity Monitor. According to the transition state theory of reaction kinetics, the multiplication rate constant k, activation energy Ea, activation entropy △S^≠, activation free energy △G^≠ and equilibrium constant K^≠ have been calculated from these thermograms.
