This paper presents the results of the research using FT-IR NMR and elementary analysis to investigate the physics-chemical properties and structures of difatty acid diamminoplatinum. The results of elementary analysis show that the theoretical value tallies with the experimental one. The FT-IR spectroscopy shows the presence of the functional groups that are supposed to be present in the structure. In the experiment, human hematopoietic cell K~5~6~2, human melanoma cell LiBr, and human cancer cell of the liver 7721 were used as the external model. The influence of the magnetic field on the microcosmic structure of human tumour cell membrane was studied by the technique of scanning electron microscope (SEM). The effecting of difatty acid diamminoplatinum on cell damaged was determined by means of MTT test. The experimental results show that the cell damaging effect has a direct bearing on the concentration with the length of hydrocarbon chain. The influence of magnetic field on the interaction between difatty acid diamminoplatinum and human tumor cells show that the cell damaging effects are closely related with the magnetic field intensity.
