Hydrolytic polymerization of Cr³⁺ has been stndied.Several aeries of chromic nitrate solutions of different concentrations and pH at constant ionic strength were prepared and atndied pH-metrically after eqnilibrinm had established which nasally took about one month.The data were treated according to the "Core plus Links" theory.The results showed that a aeries of complexes of the formula Cr[Cr(OH)₂]_n⁽³⁺ⁿ⁾⁺+were formed with n=1, 2 and 3.The formation constants K_n were csalaulated by three methods: curve fitting, projection strip and onrve extrapolation.Concordant values were obtained.
