Utilizing the point-charge model,anisotropio magnetic interactions and empirical radial function model,the crystalline terms and magnetic behaviours of CuCl₄^2- possessing D₂ symmetry are investigated.By nse of the three-parameter approximation,the oalaoulation results are in good agreement with experiments.
