Syntheses of p-isonicotinyl hydrazo-sulfonyl-benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (Ⅱ), which according to strucinre is expected to possess antitubercular property, and its intermediates p-isonicotinyl hdrazo-sulfonyl-benzaldehyde diacetate (Ⅰ) and p-isonicotinyl hydrazo-sslfonyl-beazaldehyde (Ⅲ),are reported in this paper.
