(R)-N-(β-三氯锗取代丙酰基)TTCA酯的合成及其倍半氧化物

Synthesis of the (R)-N-(β-trichlorogermyl substituted propionyl) TTCA ethers and their sesquioxides

The (R)-N-(β-trichlorogermyl substituted propionyl) thiazolidine-2-thione-4-carboxylic acid ethers [(R)-N-(β -trichlorogermyl substituted propionyl)TTCA ethers] 3a~3d, [α]D^2^0-86.00~-94.35ⅲ and optically active β -trichlorogermyl substituted propionyl chloride 2a~2d were synthesized by the reaction of trichlorogermyl substituted propionyl chloride with (R)-thiazolidine-2-thione-4-carboxylic acid ether [(R)TTCA ethers]. The (R)-N-(substituted propionyll thiazolidine-2-thione-4-alkyloxycarbonyl) germanium sesquioxides 4a~4d, [α]D^2^0-44.48~-77.00ⅲ were obtained by the hydrolysis of compounds 3a~3d. The electronic structure of reactants and products have been studied by quantum chemisty MNDO method. Reactive enthalpy ΔH have been obtained.
