The title compounds e.g., I and ICF2CF2OCF2CF2SO2NMeP(OEt)2 resp. have been synthesized for the first time, from the reaction between the amine, sulfonyl amide and di-Et chlorophosphonate under mild conditions. These phosphonates can be converted into the corresponding phosphonic acids in good yields.
