A few polystyryl diphenyl copper(Ⅰ) Tetrahydroborate complexes (PDPCT) were prepared using various crosslinking (1%, 2%, 4%, 7%, 8%, 12%) polystyrene beads as supports. Their contents and structures were tested and analyzed, which their behavior reducing benzoyl chlo-ride, cinnamoyl chloride, p-nitrobenzoyl chloride to the corresponding aldehydes or alcohols in the different conditions of temperature, solvent and catalyst and recovering were studied.
Key words: INFRARED SPECTROPHOTOMETRY, HIGH SPEED LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY, DIPHENYLPHOSPHINE, POLYSTYRENE, COPPER COMPLEX, REDUCER, ACYL CHLORIDES
