中间锦鸡儿中的倍半萜类化合物

Sesquiterpenes from Caragana Intermedia

Two novel sesquiterpenoids, eudesm-4(15)-ene-1β,8α-diol (1) and trans-octahydroindane-7β-isopropyl-4-methylene-9β-methyl-1β-ol (2), four known compounds, alloaromadendrane-3α,9α-diol (3), (+)-3α,9β-aromaden-dranediol (4), (+)-spathulenol (5) and (+)-lariciresinol (6), were isolated from an aerial partof Caragana intermedia. (+)-10α-Bromospathulenol (7) was prepared from compound 5. Compounds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 showed anti-pyriculariaoryzae P-2b activity with MIC value of 38, 10, 25, 18, 9 and 35 μg/mL,respectively. The structures of these compounds were determined by spectral dataincluding 1D, 2D NMR, IR and HRMS spectra. Compound 4 was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis.
