菌苗中微量硝酸汞苯测定法

利用亚铁氰化钾溶液与亚硝基苯溶液在硝酸汞苯催化作用下, 和在苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲溶液中, 生成的紫色络合物可以直接测定数种菌苗溶液中微量硝酸汞苯.后者的浓度范围在3-30微克(体积8毫升)时符合Beer定律;平均回收率为98.4%.为使此法适应于生物制品中微量硝酸汞苯的测定, 曾详细研究试剂浓度、pH值、光线、温度、各种介质以及有其他杂质存在下等因素对测定结果的影响.

The catalytic action of mercuric iens upon the reaction of potassium ferrocyanide with nitrosobenzene was applied to the determination of traces of phenyl mercuric nitrate in vactine preparations with success.The optimum conditions for the determination, such as concentrations of the reagents, buffer mixture, etc., have been ascertained exp0rimentally.
