在2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-硫二氮茂(即DMTD)的衍生物[1]中,Ⅱ与Ⅲ的抑菌效能均很好,但对植物的毒性很大。

2,5-Dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (DMTD) (Ⅰ) was prepared from hydrazine and carbon disulphide in aqueous sodium hydroxide solution,giving 70-73% yields.The following derivatives (Ⅳ) were prepared by treating the alkali salt of DMTD with RCI.
