以N-苯甲酰-N-苯基胲萃取钨

ON THE SOLVENT EXTRACTION OF TUNGSTEN (Ⅵ) BY MEANS OF N-BENZOYL-N-PHENYLHYDROXYLAMINE

本文报告用N-苯甲酰-N-苯基胲(BPHA)三氯甲烷溶液定量萃取強酸性溶液中微克量的鎢,結果良好.經試驗找出下列适宜萃取条件,(1)水相中盐酸浓度为1-8N或硫酸浓度为14-22N.(2)用5毫升0.2%BPHA三氯甲烷溶液能从4N盐酸溶液中一次萃取3-150微克鎢,从4N硫酸溶液中萃取3-10微克,而从20N硫酸溶液中萃取3-50微克.(3)为10微克鎢,BPHA量至少为10毫克而水相体积不得多于30毫升.(4)萃取时間至少两分钟.并找出其他可用的有机溶剂.多种阳离子不干扰.阴离子中草酸根干扰;氟离子、酒石酸根离子的克分子浓度大于鎢一百倍;磷酸根离子一千倍始干扰.鎢、銅、釩(Ⅴ)共存时即一同萃取.

The use of N-benzoyl-N-phenylhydroxylamine in chloroform solution as extractant for microgram quantities of tungsten(Ⅵ) in strongly acid solution is advantageous.Besides tungsten, molybdenum and vanadium can also be extracted into the organic phase under similar conditions.The tungsten (and molybdenum too) in organic phase can be then determined with known methods.
