离心加速纸上色层分析钾、铷、铯在磷钼酸铵纸上的层析

我们曾将磷钼酸铵固着于滤纸作为交换剂,以硝酸铵和硝酸的乙醇水溶液下行展开,锂、钠、钾、铷和铯可以一次分离,缺点为所需时间达六小时之久[1].而离心加速纸层析可大为提高层析速度,虽已用于有机物[2-5]分离但少见于无机离子[6,7].本文报告钾、铷、铯在磷钼酸铵纸上的离心加速层析,并对展开剂的浓度、流速、转速对此移值的影响进行研究,展开时间可缩短至一刻钟.

The centrifugally accelerated paper chromatographic separations of potassium, rubidium, and caesium, using aqueous solutions of ammonium nitrate and nitric acid as eluent on a filter paper impregnated with ammonium molybdophosphate have been investigated.
