用伪绵马酚(Ⅵ)、2,4-二甲基-6-(α-甲基丁酰)-间苯三酚(Ⅷ)与甲醛在酸性条件下缩合得到鹤草酚(Ⅰa),因而完全证实了从仙鹤草根芽中分离得到的外消旋驱绦虫有效成分鹤草酚的化学结构.

Agrimophol (Ⅰa) has been obtained by total synthesis from ψ-aspidinol (Ⅵ: R=CH3),2, 4-dimethyl-6-(a-methyl-butyryl)-phlorogluoinol (Ⅷ R=CH3) and formaldehyde in acid condition. Thus, the structure suggested for agrimophol, isolated from the root-sprout of Agrimonia Pilosa Ladeb, in optically inactive form as a taenifuge constituent, is fully substantiated.
