两头尖的化学成分研究(I)

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of the Rhizoma of Anemone raddeana Regel

采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法,对两头尖的化学成分进行了研究,从中分离得到两个化合物,经化学及IR,ESI-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT,HMOC,HMBC,GCOSY,TOCSY等谱学分析鉴定其结构分别为:3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1 → 3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) [ β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 4) ]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),该两个化合物为新化合物,分别命名为:多被银莲花皂苷16(Raddeanoside 16)和多被银莲花皂苷17(Raddeanoside 17).

Two new triterpenoid saponins,raddeanoside 16 and raddeanoside 17 were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the rhizome of Anemone raddeana Regel. Their structures were elucidated as 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2) [β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) and 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (2) by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic methods, including DEPT, HMQC, HMBC, GCOSY and TOCSY experiments, respectively.
