自催化还原制备超细空心镍粉的形成过程研究

Study on Formation of Submicrometer-sized Hollow Nickel Spheres by Autocatalytic Reduction Method

超细空心粉末由于其特殊结构和性能而受到研究者的广泛关注. 对自催化还原法制备空心镍球的形成过程进行了较深入的研究, 认为反应产物的粒径和粒度分布主要取决于原始胶核的形态以及反应孕育期的长短. 通过控制工艺参数, 可以得到不同结构的空心金属镍粉末或是包含有细小核心的粉末.

In recent years, increasing interest has been paid to the synthesis of submicrometer powders with specific structures and functions. In this paper, a further study has been carried out on the hollow nickel spheres synthesized by autocatalytic reduction to find that the size distribution of the nickel spheres largely depended on the original colloidal particles and reaction incubation period. And the hollow nickel spheres and core-shell particles with specific structures can be fabricated by controlling processing parameter.
