研究了在[(Py)_4Co(HCrO_4)_2]存在下,吡啶叶立德、喹啉叶立德或异喹啉叶 立德分别和1,4-萘醌反应,一步法合成萘并[2,3-a]中氮茚-7,12-二酮类衍生物 (6a~6d,8a~8c,10a~10c)的结果。该方法原料易得,反应条件容易控制,从而 提供了一种合成这类化合物的新方法。

A one-pot procedure was developed to prepare the derivatives of naphtho[2,3-a]indolizine-7,12-quinones (6a~6d, 8a~8c, 10a~10c) in moderate yields (31%~82%) by a 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of pyridinium N-ylides (4a~4(1), isoquinolinium N-ylides (7a~7c) or quinolinium N-ylides (9a~9c) to 1,4-naphthoquinone, followed by an aromatization, in the presence of tetrakispyridine cobalt( H ) dichromate (TPCD).
