2-(2’-噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙胺基酚铜(Ⅱ)螯合物的晶体结构

THE CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF COPPER (Ⅱ) CHELATE OF 2-(2’-THIAZOLYLAZO)-5-DIETHYLAMINOPHENOL

杂环偶氮化合物广泛应用于分析化学.它们与几十种金属离子形成高灵敏度的有色化合物.2-(2'-噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙胺基酚(1)是光度法测定铵、锆等的优良试剂和络合滴定指示剂.本文报道2-(2'-噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙胺基酚铜(Ⅱ)螯合物晶体结构的测定. 实验取一定量1溶于氯仿,加适量氯化铜水溶液后分成两相,加10mL pH5的醋酸钠缓冲液,再加乙醇,使两相混为一相.然后滴加水,使溶液又分成两相,氯仿相用无水Na2SO4干燥,溶液在真空干燥器中抽除氯仿后析出1的铜(Ⅱ)螯合物的紫红色晶体.

The crystal structure for the copper (II) ohela,te of 2-(2'-thiazolylazo)-5-diethy-laminophenol has been determined from three dimensional X-ray data collected on a Syntex P3/R3 four circle diffractometer.The crystals are monoclinic with space group P21c;a=9.450(4)Å,b=10.571 (5)Åc=15.857(10)Å,β=102.63º,and z=4.The crystal structure was solved by Patterson and direct method and refined by block least-square refinement with positional parameters,temperature factors and anisotropic temperature factors for all non-hydrogen atoms.The final R factor is 0.049.
