金银花挥发油化学成分研究

金银花挥发油经GC,GC-MS,TLC分析,表明含30种以上成分。柱层色谱分离到两种主要成分的纯品,分别鉴定为芳樟醇及(一)顺-2,6,6-三甲基-2-乙烯基-5-羟基-四氢吡喃(双-花醇,2b或其镜体)。双花醇在四氯化碳溶液中5-羟基为横型。此外,还鉴定12种成分:蒎烯、1-己烯、顺-3-己烯醇-1、顺-及反-2-甲基-2-乙烯基-5(α-羟基异丙基)四氢呋喃、香叶醇、α-松油醇、异双花醇、苯甲醇、β-苯乙醇、香荊芥酚以及丁香油酚。

The essential oil from the flowers of Loruocera japonica Thunb.was ezamined in detail by TLC,column chromatography,GC and GC-MS.A crystalline principle,named Shuang-hua-chun(双花醇),and a liquid component were isolated from tho essential oil by using column chromatography on silica gel,and were identified as(-)cis-2,6,6-trimethyl-2-vinyl-5-hydrogytetrahydropyran (Ⅱbor its antipode) and linalool respectively.From analyses of the IR and NMR spectra,it was concluded that the equatorial 5-hydroxyl group of Shuang-hua-chun in carbon tetrachloride solution is preferred to axial.
