1972年Ashbrook[1]首先报导了分光光度法测定羟肟萃取剂的含量,我们发现未转化的中间体烷基-2-羟基二苯甲酮在测定羟肟铜络合物的波长范围内也有一个强烈的吸收峰,给羟肟铜的测定带来干扰.

A spectrophotometric-pH method for the quantitative determination of the hydroxy ogime type extractants, including the cis and transforms of the ogime and their starting materials, the corresponding hydrogy ketones, was developed based on the UV absorptipn maxima of these compounds around 350nm.
