用于家蚕增丝的昆虫保幼激素类似物的合成

THE SYNTHESES OF INSECT JUVENILE HORMONE MIMICS FOR IMPROVING SILK PRODUCTION IN BOMBR YX MORI L.

为了适应我国蚕业生产发展的需要,我们合成了二个高活性的保幼激素类似物(Ⅵ和Ⅶ),供家蚕增丝试验.这二种类似物的合成系采用香叶醇(或芳樟醇)为原料.用三溴化磷(或三氯化磷)处理得香叶基溴(或氯)(Ⅹa,b),然后在乙醇钠(或氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾)下与对乙基苯酚缩合生成对乙基苯萜烯醚(Ⅺ),再在适当的醇中经烷氧汞化和用氢硼化钠(或氢硼化钾)脱汞,即得所需产物Ⅵ或Ⅶ以及副产物Ⅻ.经对家蚕生物鉴定,证明Ⅵ比Ⅶ好.本文也报导了最终产物和有关中间体的主要物理化学常数.

In order to meet the needs of the silkworm-growing programme in our country,we have synthesized two insect hormone mimics possessing high juvenile hormone activity to be used for improving silk yield.These compounds(Ⅵ,Ⅶ) were prepared from geraniol(Ⅷ) or linalool(Ⅸ).Treatment of Ⅷ or Ⅸ with phosphorus trihalide gave geranyl halide(Ⅹ).Alkaline catalysed condensation of X with p-ethyl phenol afforded the P-ethyl phenyl terpenoid ether(ⅩⅠ),whioh on alkoxymercuration in the appropriate alcohol followed by borohydride demercuration furnished the final product(Ⅵ) or(Ⅶ) respectively with the diethogy compound(Ⅷ) as a by-product.The biological activity of Ⅵ is superior in comparision with that of Ⅶ.The physical and chemical constants of the final products and related intermediates were recorded.
