自Erlenmeyer等[1]用8-羟基喹啉于柱式层析后,Reeves等[2]和永井等[3]研究某些常見元素的8-羟基喹啉的紙分配层析;Laskowski等[4]以浸有8-羟基喹啉的滤紙分离某些常見离子。但有关貴金属元素的8-羟基喹啉的紙层析行为,文献中似尚缺。本文以异丁醇-乙醇-水-乙酸体系作展开剂,研究在8-羟基喹啉存在下鉑族元素以及銀和金的纸层析行为,找出分离钯-钌-铑-金和钯-钌-铂铱-金等四和五元混合物的合适条件。

In this note, the influences of each component of the eluant, namely iso-butanol, ethanol, water, and acetic acid, in the presence of oxine upon the chromatographic behaviours of the platinum metals, as well as gold and silver, have been investigated. It is found experimentally that the proper eluant should be iso-butanol, ethanol, water, and acetic acid in the volume ratio of 30:28.5:40:1.5, with an additional 1%(w/v) osinc. This eluant is good for separating mixtures of palladium-ruthenium-rhodium-gold and palladium-ruthenium-platinum-gold, etc. It has been also attempted to make clear the actions of oxine and other components. The test solutions should be buffered with dichloroacetic acid to pH 1-2.
