1.加碘化钾于亚硒酸溶液,释出的碘用电解产生的亚锡滴定.在毫克量硒的滴定,可用不补偿电势法和永停法指示终点,误差约0.1%.测定约1微克的硒,只能用永停法和Cooke等的平衡法,而以后者比较灵敏.2.用电泳法分离出铜阳极泥中的硒,然后进行库仑滴定,结果与重量法相符,而分析时间节省颇多.

A method has been developed for coulometric titration of selenium.The iodine liberated by selenious acid was titrated with electro-generated stannous tin.Potentiometric and amperometric end point detection can be used for determination of the milligram quantities of selenium, with an error of ca.0.1%.The smallest quantity determined was about 1 microgram, for which the amperometric and Cooke's modified potentiometric methods should be used.
