α-山道年(Ⅰ)分子中各不对称碳原子的絕对构型,除C11甲基外,早巳根据其本身及变貭山道年(Ⅳ和Ⅴ)的相对构型、以及其一类物的降解体与絕对构型巳知的甾体降解物相同的事实,获得公认为正确的推定.关于C11甲基絕对构型的研究近年来也有若干工作,不过在推論方面尚有不同的意見.

The absolute configuration of the various asymmetric centres in a-santonin was well established,except For C11 which has been in controversy.By application of the Prelog's asymmetric induction method to the hydroxy compound(ⅩⅩ),we were able to obtain a mixture of atrolactic acid which was rich in the dextrorotatory isomer(ⅩⅩⅩ),and t9}us confirmed the 11α-CH3 configuration of a-santonin as indicated in(Ⅰ).
