乙烯与乙醇的調节聚合反应

利用过氧化叔丁基为引发剂在高压釜及流动系統中进行乙烯与乙醇的調节聚合反应,当引发剂用量在0.75-3.75%以內,調聚物总收率的增加与引发剂用量的增加几成直线关系.当引发剂用量分別为0.75,1.25,2.50和3.75%时,調聚物总收率分別达到13,18,25和37%.但是引发剂的效率却随其用量的增加而以反比下降.由調聚产物中分离出由丁醇-2至十六醇-2的七种双碳直鏈仲醇,并初步确定各产物的比例.用过氧化氫为引发剂在压力較低时,調聚产物很少,但当压力增加到200-250大气压时,主要产物为聚乙烯,調聚物只有聚乙烯重量的八分之一.用异丙苯过氧化氫得到調聚产物,其用量为2%,总收率达到8%,并分离出n=2-7的仲醇-2.用过硫酸鉀~亚硫酸氫鈉氧化还原系統作引发剂未得到調聚物,但得到乙醛.

Telomerization of ethylene and ethanol with di-t-butyl peroxide as initiator has been carried out in autoclave and in a flow system.It has been found that when the amount of the initiator used varies from 0.75 to 3.75% (vol/vol) of the alcohol charges, the yield of the telomers increases almost linearly,and reaches 37% (wt./wt.) of the alcohol charges (in autoclave);while the efficiency of the initiator, namely, the ratio of the amount of the telomers to that of the initiator, decreases progressively.From the telomerit products all the alkanols of even carbon atoms from butanol-2 to hexadecanol-2 have been separated and identified.
