芝麻素的测定和中国十六种芝麻的芝麻素含量

Eagleson[1]曾试以24种动植物油与除虫菊合用,试验其对家蝇所发生的毒效,结果仅芝麻油对除虫菊有极显著的增效作用.Haller等[2,3]以分子蒸馏法自芝麻油中分离得对除虫菊素增效最强的物质,并证明为芝麻素.作为商品除虫菊内的增效剂的芝麻素浓缩剂,系自芝麻油提出.据Martin等[3]报道,各种芝麻油含有芝麻素由0.25%以至1.75%;Suarez等[4]报道芝麻油含芝麻素0.77%至1.06%,商品芝麻素浓缩剂含有芝麻素5.13—19.23%,脱去芝麻素的芝麻油尚含有芝麻素0.14%.

A reagent prepared from 2 volumes of 78-79% H2SO4 solution and 1 volume of 26-27% H2O2 solution is capable of giving with sesamm a green coloration finally turning yellow.The yellow color may be utilized for the quantitative determination of sesamin,and satisfactory results can be obtained.method has been employed to determine the sesamin content in oils of 16 varieties of Chinese sesarmn seeds,which ranges from 0.92% up to 1.80%.Oils containin hihg quantities of sesamin should have promising potential uses as asynergist in combination with pyrethrin oil sprays.
